Snow in Vegas!!!

I'm sure everyone has heard about it snowing in Las Vegas by now! It was so much fun! Unfortunately, I was feeling a bit sick yesterday, but it was really nice to have it snowing outside. I had a big pot of vegetable soup on the stove, Aubrey and I were watching "The Polar Express" and we could see the snow falling right outside the window. It was wonderful. I've lived in Vegas all 25 years of my existence and I can count on my left hand how many times it's snowed here... but ever since Aubrey has been alive, it's snowed several times! Craziness!

So, since we are so lucky as to have a Daddy/Husband that works at home, we all got dressed like we lived in Alaska or something and went outside to play in the snow. Everyone loved it, especially Aubrey and Jasper. Nick really liked it too, he was like a kid in a candy store! Here are some cute videos that we took of our fun times in the snow! (And for anyone checking my blog who lives in England, HERE IS YOUR PROOF THAT IT REALLY DID SNOW HERE!!!) =)



This video is of Aubrey laughing at Jasper and calling him a "funny guy" because he was running all over the place, slipping and sliding in the snow, and jumping all over snow-covered plants:





And this is one thing I thought would come in very handy if we lived in a place that had snowfall every winter!





The life (and death) of Rocky the Snowman... or (as Nick called him) Rockman... basically all of the snow stuck to the rocks, so when Nick tried to roll balls of snow, he was really getting a big ball of 90% rocks and 10% snow!:

So, anyone want to start placing bets on if this is going to happen again next year? My guess is YES, but if not 2009, then definately 2010.
