Aubrey's take on baseball...

Aubrey and I were watching some baseball this afternoon and so, it was only natural that I try to explain the rules of the game to her. So, here's how our conversation went:

ME: "The pitcher throws the ball, the batter tries to hit the ball, if he hits the ball he runs to first base but if the ball gets to the base before he does then he's out. If HE gets to the base before the ball does than he's safe. If he makes it to home plate then he gets a point for his team. And whoever gets the most points wins!"

AUBREY: "Yeah. He wins. Then he gets a potty treat?"

ME: "Um. Yeah... he gets a potty treat."

So is my daughter smart or is she smart?? =)
