And every time I ask him what he wants me to make for dinner, he always says "Chicken enchilada's." They're a lot of work because I make them completely from scratch, but they are really good, and we always have leftovers so Nick has them for lunch for the following 2 days so it's worth all the hard work.
Nick put in a chicken enchilada's request this week and since it's so much work, especially when you're pregnant, I figured that I would recruit my very eager-to-help daughter. I gave her a little cutting board and a butter knife and put her to work. She was SO excited that I trusted her to use a knife.
