Perfect Weather = Park Time

The weather was absolutely gorgeous all of January and is still gorgeous into February. It has been perfect park weather and we have definitely been taking advantage of it. We have been at the park so much the past few weeks and the girls are loving it. The farther away Ariana gets from 1 and closer to 2, she is getting more and more crazy. As soon as we ask her if she wants to go to the park she screams, "YAY!!!!!!" She happily obliges to sit down and put her shoes on and runs her little booty out the front door and to the car as fast as her little legs can carry her. So, in other words, if you mention "Park", Ariana is ready to go!

As soon as we pull into the parks' parking lot, Ariana lets out the loudest squeal/scream and claps her hands. It is so cute watching Aubrey and Ariana run towards the playgroud together. Ariana is definitely getting older and can relate more to Aubrey every day, so that is really fun.

The funny part is that Aubrey might be the older one but Ariana is the daredevil. To this day, Aubrey will not go down the enclosed tube slides. They freak her out. Ariana, on the other hand, goes down them without hesitation. You don't even have to ask her to go down... she just does it. It is a bit of a change because I am so used to Aubrey and how cautious she is.

Half the time, if Aubrey is scared to do something she will make her younger and smaller sister do it. How does that work? I guess that just shows that Aubrey is smart by making her sister do the scary stuff! And if Ariana does it and survives, most of the time Aubrey STILL won't do it. It's so funny!

I have taken loads of pictures and video's of them playing at the park these past few weeks so here some of them are:

Ariana playing peek a boo while sitting on a rock:

Aubrey was getting the hang of the monkey bars which was a big deal for this cautious girl!
Chasing the birds all over the park:

Ariana going down the slide. She loves slides and goes down them a million times!
