Water Park Playdate FUN

Aubrey and I go to the park with our friends every week. And for months now we have been talking about how we can't wait for warmer weather so we can start going swimming and playing in the water. Well, today we went to our usual park hoping that the county had (finally) turned the water on... and they hadn't. So we decided to go to a park that is a bit far for me (i don't mind at all), but is super close to one of the girls that comes to the playdates. This park was so.much.fun. I was so glad that we went! We will definately be back many more times!!!!

Aubrey is quite the fan of ladybugs. She found this one and picked it up all by herself:

I think the ladybug died because he stopped moving, but I tried to tell Aubrey that he was just sleeping so it was OK to go play in the water. She wouldn't leave her new best friend until she got bored with him not moving...but it was a good 15 minutes or so! She was so happy! Here she is laying on the bench with her "sleeping" ladybug. He's that little black dot right infront of her hand...

The park was pirate themed, and they had these huge water guns that shot really strong streams of water out of them and you could either shoot the other person with a gun, or you could shoot these pirates... or random people walking by. Aubrey wasn't quite strong enough to move them that well, but she really enjoyed it! But, regardless, when a toddler is armed, it can be quite dangerous. =)

Here are Aubrey and Ezra chillin' like villains... eating ALL of the watermelon. These 2 were born ONE DAY apart, but their difference in size is astounding!

And they all fell down! Well, 2 of them did. =)

It was so fun, we can't wait to go back again. Who's coming with us?!?!?!?! =)
