We have been wanting to go out to the lake for a couple of weeks now, but we've just been too busy to do it. Well, this past weekend we set it in stone that we were finally going to go. So, on Sunday morning, bright at early (9:30 am. ... yes, that is EARLY for me!) we made the hour long drive up to Lake Mead, found a cute spot, set up and proceeded to have a lovely family day up at the lake! It was a lot of fun, we can't wait to do it again!

Jasper did this ALL DAY. He would run into the water and go waaaay out there and swim. We brought a ball that we used to play fetch with him... Jasper must've retreived that ball at least 1,000 times. He was exhausted by the end of the day (and therefore didn't steal any shoes, pillows, remotes when we got home. Mommy was a very happy lady.)
