Bedtime is the hardest part of the day for me. It seems like both kids need me at the same time! Adjusting to two kids hasn't been as hard as it thought it was going to be (knock on wood), but bedtime is the one time of the day that I just have no idea how to tackle. Ariana wants to nurse, Aubrey needs help brushing her teeth, Ariana is crying to go to bed but Aubrey needs me to read her some books, Ariana is ready to eat again but Aubrey left her toy downstairs and she can NOT go to sleep without it... yeah, that's bedtime around here. Thank God that I have Nick to jump in when things get too difficult.
But, there are some nights that bedtime goes beautifully. And when that happens, it is my favorite. It makes me feel so accomplished. =)
Aubrey was going back and forth from me to Ariana telling Daddy to take a picture... she went back and forth at least 10 times... a picture with me, then a picture with Ariana. Silly girl.
